Season 1 - 2019

EPISODE 11. It's our first Xmas on board on our around the world voyage . There are many live aboard sailors here in Cartagena so we're not alone although it's difficult being away from family.

In this episode we also explore the Sierra Nevadas, Granada and the simply stunning Alhambra.

EPISODE 10. Things get much more lively for our trip back to mainland Spain from Ibiza. The November weather changes and shows us that sailing in the Med isn't all sunbathing and cocktails.

EPISODE 9. Sailing the Mediterranean in November means you virtually have the place to yourself. Empty anchorages and much cheaper moorings. On this first part of our excursion to Ibiza we even had fantastic weather, bliss!

EPISODE 8. Enjoying the late summer sun on the Costa Blanca. Finding good anchorages, swimming and paddle boarding, all things we're not used to doing in October!

EPISODE 7. The whole family come out to visit in Cartagena. Everyone has a lovely time jumping off the boat, eating tapas and watching the thousands of Romans who descend on Cartagena at the end of September.

EPISODE 6. A couple of good katabatic blasts from the rock on the way out and we're now on our way into the Med. sailing the lovely Costa del sol.

EPISODE 5. We had one one the best sailing days ever through the Straits to Gibraltar. Now having fun exploring the rock.

EPISODE 4. Finally we feel we've escaped to the sun. We explore the stunning lagoon areas in the Algarve and lift the boat for routine  maintenance in Faro.   .

EPISODE 3. We sail the beautiful coast of Portugal visiting some fantastic places inland as well. Good food, good wine, good sailing and finally some sun! .

EPISODE 2.We set off on ARC Portugal. The first leg is crossing the infamous Bay of Biscay and it really lives up to its reputation. A force 10 storm scatters the fleet after our 3rd day at sea.

EPISODE 1.

Travelling along the South Coast of England to the start of ARC Portugal we play with seals in the Solent and visit our favourite ports before sailing South.
